Le Mondo is an initiative by a group of artists and is a hub for art and culture in Baltimore, MD. The center functions as a platform for young artists to exhibit their skills and organizes exhibitions on a regular basis. It functions as a theater and a practice stage for various groups in and around the city. Le Mondo is also available for movie screenings and for small events.
Anne Arundel County Free School was built in the year 1724 under the 1723 Maryland Free School Act. It is one of the first schools to be built under the act and currently one of the last school buildings under the act. The school was operational till 1912 and now has been converted into a museum. The building was registered under the National Register of Historic Places in the year 1983. The building has a total of six rooms and provides group tours on request.
Benson–Hammond House built in the year 1820 is a two storied brick structure. The architecture is Greek Revival Style and it has a total of four rooms. The mansion underwent several extensions in the later years and is currently owned by the Ann Arrundell County Historical Society. It was registered under the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
