Existing since the year 1998, Sant Boi de Llobregat Museum comprises the ancient Roman baths, Can Barraquer, Benviure tower and Can Torrents. The museum is home to permanent exhibits including Rafael Casanova i el seu temps and Sant Boi and Temps i espai. Several temporary exhibitions are also found inside the museum. Sant Boi's Roman baths, one of the museum's most striking features, date back to the 2nd Century but have been wonderfully preserved. Excavated in the year 1953, the baths became a part of the museum in the year 1998.
Founded in the year 2009, Cerdanyola Art Museum is housed in a mesmerizing Art Nouveau structure dating back to the 19th Century. The centerpiece of the museum's permanent exhibition remains the works by Cerdanyola and Art Nouveau artists. These objects date from the year 1880 till 1930. Many of the works exhibited at the museum belong to Cerdanyola Town Council apart from some donated by individuals and entities. Works of noted artists like Manolo Hugue, Josep Llimona, Josep Togores and Ismael Smith are exhibited at the museum. The most important exhibit remains the gigantic windows in Art Nouveau style, called Tríptic de les dames de Cerdanyola.
Nestled in an Art Nouveau structure dating back to the year 1908, Abello Museum houses the art works of Joan Abello, a celebrated collector and painter. Abello donates his art works to the town in the year 1996 and subsequently, the Joan Abello Foundation was set up. The permanent collection features over 5000 art works, particularly Catalan portraits dating back to the 19th as well as the 20th centuries. The assemblage includes works from noted artists like Salvador Dali, Modest Cuixart, Ramon Casas and Pablo Picasso.
