Das Kloster Hauterive (lat. Abbatia B. M. V. de Altaripa; deutsch Abtei Altenryf; französisch Abbaye d’Hauterive) ist eine Zisterzienserabtei im Kanton Freiburg, Schweiz. Es gehörte bis 2000 zur Gemeinde Posieux und ist nach der Gemeindefusion am 1. Januar 2001 Bestandteil der politischen Gemeinde Hauterive (FR) im Saanebezirk (französisch District de la Sarine). Lucens Castle is a beautiful and grand historic structure, located on a hill top and over looking the countryside town of Lucens. Built around the 16th Century, the castle served a residential place for kings and nobility, a fortress, a girls institution before being sold to a private party.
