Ivan the Kozak attempts to recreate the ambience of a typical Russian home in the midst of the hurly-burly of Hong Kong, so it is adorned with heavy, rustic wooden furniture, colorful murals, and various Russian knick-knacks. The staff at the restaurant sport traditional Russian folkwear to keep in line with the eatery's central theme.
