Pizzicletta is a portmanteau that combines the owner's love of bicycles and pizza; in fact, it was his travels through Italy on two wheels that inspired the name. In addition to wood-fired pies, the menu includes antipasti like prosciutto, cheeses, other salumi as well as their delectable homemade focaccia. The pizza comes in two different sauces, bianca (White) and rossa (Red). The white ones are definitely eclectic, the ss-I45 includes almonds, kale, gorgonzola and lemon juice while the Amore oi Mari has mascarpone, arugula and prosciutto. The red sauces highlight the classic margherita and marinara styles, but you can also add your own different ingredients as well.

Biff's also has some of the best vegan spreads in town, try the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus or the Green Olive Tapenade, each one is spectacular and could be eaten all by itself.
The McMillan is located in historic downtown Flagstaff, inside the oldest building in the district. Built in 1886, the former Wells Fargo bank building has been used for many purposes over the last two centuries, however in its latest incarnation the space is used as a hip, trendy eatery/bar. The food menu has an variety of classics with innovative details, try the Mediterranean Lamb Sliders or the Black Bean Burger. The cocktails are some of the best along this part of Historic Route 66, order the Arizona Mule made with Aylesbury Duck vodka, mint and Bundaberg ginger beer or the Smoked Orange Old Fashioned which uses Dickel No. 12 American Whiskey and house smoked orange bitters, these variations on a theme don't get any better.
The Weatherford Hotel's dining room and bar is a must-see dining destination for those with an interest in historic properties. Even if you're not into old buildings, the Arizona-inspired food, great beer selection and live entertainment make it worth a visit. Breads, soups and pies are made daily and sunset dinners are served in the Zane Grey Ballroom.
