Pizzicletta is a portmanteau that combines the owner's love of bicycles and pizza; in fact, it was his travels through Italy on two wheels that inspired the name. In addition to wood-fired pies, the menu includes antipasti like prosciutto, cheeses, other salumi as well as their delectable homemade focaccia. The pizza comes in two different sauces, bianca (White) and rossa (Red). The white ones are definitely eclectic, the ss-I45 includes almonds, kale, gorgonzola and lemon juice while the Amore oi Mari has mascarpone, arugula and prosciutto. The red sauces highlight the classic margherita and marinara styles, but you can also add your own different ingredients as well.
