Der Ruf von Le Crocodile steht bei Kritikern aus dem In- und Ausland außer Zweifel; die renommierte Zeitschrift Paris Saveur zollte dem Lokal in ihrer Ausgabe vom Mai 95 ausdrücklich Lob und Anerkennung. Es liegt im Geschäftsviertel der Innenstadt und wird darum gern auch von Geschäftsleuten zu Mittag aufgesucht. Das Interieur verströmt Pariser Eleganz. An den dunkelgelb gestrichenen Wänden hängen gerahmte Reproduktionen von Manet-Gemälden. Stilvolles Mobiliar und Inventar liefern den Rahmen für ein exklusives Tafelerlebnis. Das Restaurant ist für seine elsässischen Spezialitäten in fantastischer Präsentation bekannt. Was hier auf den Tisch kommt, sind nicht bloß Speisen, sondern Kunstwerke. Um nur zwei Beispiele aus der Karte zu nennen: Ris de Veau Pôelé mit Knoblauch, Spinat und Calvados, CAD 22,95 (EUR 16) und gegrillter Atlantik-Lachs mit Spinat, Safran-Soße, CAD 20,95 (EUR 14,70).

Toshi's is a small room that barely seats 30 people. You might have to wait, for the queue here is long. Two things you should have here are the eggplant and spicy beef and gomae. This place offers generous amounts of good quality food at affordable rates. So be prepared to wait if you want some great Japanese sushi food.
