Stade Roland Garros

The Roland Garros stadium is home to the French Open tennis tournament. This Grand Slam event held during late May and early June, attracts the best of talents from the tennis world. The imposing Philippe-Chatrier center court, can accommodate a crowd of 15,000 spectators. The Roland Garros stadium has the best of modern facilities to offer, to spectators, players and the media alike. You can also lunch or dine at the full fledged restaurant on the stadium premises. Guided tours to the Tenniseum, are an added attraction here.

Parc des Princes

Walking around Paris on a Saturday night you will see flags being waved from cars in support of Paris-Saint-Germain (PSG), Paris' own soccer squad. PSG is one of Europe's most well known teams and Parc des Princes is the home of that famous club. Step inside the stadium during a game day and you'll hear the supporters shout the name of their favorite players as well as the catchy cheers and songs. Many of their players have been seen during international tournaments such as the UEFA Cup or the World Cup.

Chantilly Racecourse

The Hippodrome of Chantilly specializes in "flat courses", and hosts three main events each summer: the Prix du Jockey Club Mitsubishi Motors, the Prix de Diane Hermès, and the Prix Jean Prat, as well as fall's Paris Chantilly Western Show. The 65-hectare (160-acre) site also boasts two restaurants, an 18th Century château, and the Musée Vivant du Cheval, a museum with 31 rooms of artwork devoted to horses as well as an architecturally stunning stable holding three dozen horses, ponies, and a donkey. Childcare during events and guided visits are offered.

Vélodrome Jacques Anquetil - La Cipale

This bicycle racing track has a fantastic story intertwined with the history of the Tour de France. Constructed in 1896 as the municipal velodrome of Paris, La Cipale was the site of the grand finish of the Tour de France from 1968-1974, and the legendary Eddy Merckx won his five victories there. Today, the velodrome continues to host bike races, to function as a training ground, and is the home of the Vélo Club des Vétérans Parisiens, a cycling team for enthusiasts over 35. The space is also used for concerts and baseball, softball, and football (soccer) games. Also called the Vélodrome Jacques Anquetil or Vélodrome Municipale de Paris.

Paris La Défense Arena

Built between 2013 through 2017, Paris La Défense Arena is an avant-garde complex for sports and entertainment. Made of aluminium scales and glass with a layered concrete seating, it is considered to be the largest European indoor arena. Equipped with the latest technology, this highly efficient venue is a fantastic space to catch the rugby team in action. Besides sporting events, it is a fabulous option for concerts due to its excellent acoustics. The Rolling Stones ended their European leg of their No Filter Tour at this arena.
