Nach Beratungen im Jahr 2006 fingen Restaurationsarbeiten im Jahr 2007 an mit dem Ziel der Bru Stiftung das Gebäude im ursprünglichen Stil als Ort für Musik wiederherzustellen. Das Gebäude, mit einer Gesamtfläche von 800 Quadratmetern, erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke. Seine Fenster überblicken einen Kanal auf einer Seite und den Garten auf der anderen Seite. Der Gebäudeplan ist traditionell venezianisch. Die 16 Räume umfassen eine Konzerthalle mit einer Sitzkapazität von bis zu 100 Plätzen.
