Exorcist Stairs

We all like watching hair-raising horror movies. But who would miss a chance to experience the place where the climax scene of the famed movie 'The Exorcist' was shot? Tourists flock here in Georgetown to see the Exorcist Stairs. Many other movies and television series have also been filmed here. The steep steps and the somewhat ancient and dark ruined structure adds to the effect. Arlington JFK Eternal Flame

The Wild One

Stealing the show at America's popular theme park, Six Flags America, is the historic wooden roller coaster known as The Wild One. Opened in 1917, it was previously located at the Paragon Park amusement park in Massachusetts which closed down in 1984. Standing at 96 feet (29 meters) and buzzing at a top speed of 53 miles per hour (85 kilometers per hour), the ride offers an exhilarating experience for riders, big or small. A 450-degree spiral helix and intermittent ups and downs add to the overall thrill. Regular restoration and up-keep has allowed this unique wooden architecture to stand the test of time, a must-see for all.
