Located within the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge, the 40.5-acre (16.38 hectares) marshy land was once a Navy seaplane base and a NIKE missile base. Located in Windsor in Ontario, Lanspeary Park covers an area of 11 acres (4.4 hectares). The Windsor Labor Day festival is held here every year. This park is equipped with a pool and the Lions Outdoor Rink which is open between the months of December and March.
