Highland Cork & Café

This coffeehouse located in Denver's historic Highlands neighborhood has been here for more than a century. In 2007, Shawn Manzanares repurposed the family home and changed it into one of Highlands most beloved locally owned cafes. Behind the counter, the friendly staff serves a breakfast items like omelets, while lunch and dinner provide sandwiches, salads and light bites. If you are here for a cocktail or glass of vino, take it out to the back patio which is especially perfect during the summer.
