Tri-State/Denver Buddhist Temple

by saamiblog

The Tri-State/Denver Buddhist temple is associated with the Buddhist Churches of America, the first of which was founded in 1898 by a visiting Buddhist missionary from Japan. Like its affiliates, the Temple, located in downtown Denver, is committed to sharing the teachings of Buddha (or Dharma) with the community, as well as sponsoring a wide array of community projects. The Temple contains a bookstore, library and regularly held classes for adults and children. It also hosts many cultural and educational events, such as the Cherry Blossom Spring in early June. See website for more information.
