"Creative Institution"
Launched in 1993 by an anarchist group, The Trumbullplex is a vibrant entertainment venue in Detroit. This space was a hub for art and activism back in the 1970s, and continues that legacy through to the present day. Volunteer-driven and run with donations from patrons, it hosts an array of exhibitions, theater productions, concerts and community events. This place also houses a thriving Zine Library.
