Château de Caudon

Located in the scenic Dordogne valley, Château de Caudon is an ancient castle that is most known for its well-manicured lawns and pretty garden. It sits atop a small hill, offering uninterrupted views of the countryside. It was constructed during the reign of King Louis XVI of France. The garden consists of plane trees that lead up to the mansion. Interesting topiaries, shrubs and a box garden has also been cultivated. There is a small chapel as well a prize-winning English garden.
