The Hide

Located on the ground floor of Jumeirah Al Qasr, 'The Hide' is an award-winning American eatery and bar. The restaurant has a great ambiance and has been elegantly designed giving it a rustic feel. Inspired by North America’s coolest modern eateries and urban bars, the eatery serves everything from freshly barbecued Wagyu burgers to delicious desserts. The highlights of the food menu are the delicious Steak Tartare, Californian Hamachi and Manwich (smoked brisket, fried eggs, Iberico beef, cheese, dill pickles and mustard leaf). Other dishes which are equally good are the B&B lobster roll and Beef cheek. Meals can be paired with their wines, which are equally impressive with several unique collections that can satisfy even the most discerning wine lover.
