Shimmers

Shimmers, is an open-air Mediterranean restaurant located by the beach just meters away from the sea. At Shimmers, guests can enjoy their meal in a beautiful setting by the beach, while gazing at the Arabian Gulf and the Burj Al Arab. The food menu comprises of fresh Greek and Mediterranean cuisines by Greek Chef Yiannis Katsikas. The dishes range from a variety of fresh salads to grilled seafood’s and mouth-watering pizzas. During the day, guests can relish à la carte menu, and by night unwind with Shisha(a water pipe used to smoke tobacco) and enjoy delicious Greek cuisines. Meals can be enjoyed with a fine selection of cocktails and wines, while watching the Burj al Arab change color.
