Meena Bazaar

Snuggled in the heart of Bur Dubai, Al Souk Al Kabir or Meena Bazaar, as it is more popularly known as, has been the toast of the locals and tourists alike for more than 30 years now. A hidden gem of sorts, the bazaar can be reached by following the Al Fahidi or Al Musalla streets and is best discovered on foot. Shoppers come looking for steals in terms of garments and fabrics, jewelry and even stationary. Traders from India and Pakistan bring in their goods to be sold here at great rates, only adding to the exotic souvenir collection shoppers look for in Dubai. Hunger pangs are satisfied at little nooks and cafeterias selling street food and local coffee brews.
