Sierra de Órganos National Park

The Sierra de Organos National Park is a dramatic display of nature's glory. Stretched over 1,000 hectares (2,471 acres), the park is a semi-arid landscape accentuated with pine-oaks, however its most striking feature are the conspicuous rock formations that arise over its terrain. Such is the appearance of these unmissable landforms that many onlookers call it nature's very own pipe organ, thus reaffirming the name of the park. A visual beauty, the region is also a wildlife haven teeming with rattlesnakes, Kit foxes, cougars, bobcats and coyotes. Peregrine falcons and Golden eagle patrol the skies above, while soaking in unsurpassed views of the rugged yet captivating topography.
