McDonald Golf Club

Named after Sir James McDonald, who gave the woodland to the people of Ellon, this is a challenging par seventy course set out over a large distance. Welcoming to visitors, the club manages the course on an environmentally friendly basis. Hence, the lucky golfer should spot some native fauna and much magnificent natural flora as he winds his way through the forest. The clubhouse offers changing facilities, a bar/restaurant area and golf shop for your perusal. Ellon is a short but pleasant drive north from Aberdeen.
