Housed within a former train-carriage factory, Pirelli HangarBicocca was established in 2004, and has since been dedicated to the promotion of contemporary art. This expansive space has carried crucial exhibitions in the past, besides being the permanent home to The Seven Heavenly Palaces by artist Anselm Kiefer. Pirelli Hangar Bicocca is known for its streamlined spaces that promote creativity, and thus includes a bookshop, a reading room, three exhibition spaces and a workshop area. This art space has previously hosted artists such as Kishio Suga, Joan Jonas and Mike Kelley, among several others.

Lake Iseo is a scenic water attraction. The 25-kilometer (15.53 meter) long lake is fourth biggest in the region of Lombardy. Accademia Carrara di Belle Arti di Bergamo, was founded in 1795 by Count Giacomo Carrara, a merchant collector, who at his death bequeathed his collection to the city of Bergamo. This collection has grown, thanks to more acquisitions and private donations. Today the Pinacoteca holds around 1800 works from the fifteenth to the nineteenth centuries, originating from the Lombard and venetian schools of painting, as well as from Tuscan and Flemish artists. In addition to this collection there is also a large series of prints, bronzes, sculptures, porcelain and furniture. There are rooms dedicated to the Lombard painters, like the seventeenth century painter G.B. Moroni or Lorenzo Lotto. There are also gallery rooms dedicated to the fifteenth century Florentine painters, such as Botticelli, Signorelli, Donatello, Beato Angelico. You can also find examples of Venetian art. The Gallery of Modern Art, next to the Accademia Carrara, has a further collection of prestigious modern works and temporary exhibitions.

This artificial basin is considered to be the lake of Milan and is used for high-level motorboat, canoe and rowing competitions. There are also many sports centers around the shore which offer windsurfing, canoeing, rowing and waterskiing. It is also possible to get a fishing permit here. It is open in the summer months only. Some major concerts and music festivals are also held here.

In Marone, the street that leads to Zone starts and in the village of Cisliano is the amphitheater, with the now protected Piramidi di Terra. A path leads you up to the panoramic viewpoint from where you can enjoy the best view of the whole valley. The pyramids, renamed 'Fairies of the Woods,' are thin natural spires surmounted by enormous and very heavy boulders derived from a moraine deposit, the slow erosion of which has resulted in some amazing shapes.
