Located at Alt-Hermsdorf, this quaint museum strives to preserve and protect the history of Hermsdorf. Previously home to a school, the museum now showcases exhibits pertaining to the rich history of this district, with each room portraying different eras of Hermsdorf's past.

Wolziger See is a part of the spell-binding Dahme-Heideseen Nature Park, and is situated in the municipality of Heidesee. It stretches over a colossal area of 241.6 hectares (597 acres), and is replete with diverse flora and fauna. This disc-shaped lake has a depth of just 13 meters (42.65 feet), and features five ports. The southern area of this shallow body of water features a unique reed island.
