You can experience the process first-hand by signing up for their guided tours that are conducted from Tuesday to Saturday every week. One also has the opportunity to sample their world-class craft beer. Some of their many beers are the Paradise Valley Grapefruit Ale and the Bear Paw Honey Lager. Some beers are available only at certain times during the year, so you may not get everything whenever you visit.
