Although most people choose this restaurant for Middle-Eastern take-out, it is a pleasant, very casual eating experience with simple, yet contemporary charming décor. The falafels are made from scratch, then flavoured and fried to perfection. Wrapped in a pita and served with cucumbers, tomatoes, and tahini, the falafel is a steal. The side dishes are very good, and are perfect accompaniments to the main dishes or sandwiches, especially the potato harra. No liquor is served.
A quaint diner complete with white chairs and some artsy décor, Feldman's Deli has been a city favorite for quite some time. Proud to be one of the few delis of Sugar House serving up classic Jewish fare, it features an eclectic menu of Israeli dishes presented with a New York-style twist. Its spacious dining area welcomes guests to devour its legendary New York-type deli subs like reubens, corned beef and pastrami. All meats are freshly cut to ensure quality, while Feldman's also sources its mustard and pickles locally to deliver the pure NYC experience. Along with those flavorsome sandwiches, it also offers appetizing entrees like home-style bagels, stuffed cabbage, pierogi and matzo ball broth.
