The Z Lot is nothing like your average parking garage, this is a 10-storey tall behemoth which can easily accommodate more than 1200 vehicles in Downtown Detroit. Leading Graffiti artists from around the globe were hired to paint vibrant murals on the old white building at Liberty Street. The building stretches from the corner of Library & Gratiot to the East Grand River and Broadway. This one-of-a-kind parking lot was the brainchild of the founder of Bedrock Estate Services, Quicken Loans and is the perfect place to watch some of the best muralists in the world at work.
The Detroit Princess riverboat is about everything grand! Docked on the Detroit River near Hart Plaza, the ship undertakes both private as well as public cruises and offers separate private charterers too.
