This is a certified farmers market: the county agriculture commissioner ensures that each seller at this market is a farmer and only sells the produce he or she grows. With over 50 sellers, there is fresh produce, ready-to-eat food, and a lot of free fruit tasting! Come for lunch or get something for a picnic in the park. Nothing says eating well better than buying local and eating fresh.

Want to shop where all the Newport Beach locals shop? Head to Crystal Cove Promenade. At least, do stop by for a coffee break on your day at Crystal Cove. The 180 degree unobstructed ocean view is guaranteed to impress you. You'll also find some very uncommon Orange County features, such as easy parking and short check-out lines. Although there are only 30+ shops and restaurants, one can get just about anything here: clothes, jewelry, spa, food, grocery, furniture, etc. Of course, “upscale” is the theme. – Hoiyin Ip
