Located in Villach commune of Feld am See, Afritzer See is a picturesque lake. If trekking is your thing, you should try the Naturdenkmal Raggaschlucht. It is a gorge track that runs through breathtaking scenery, and makes you walk through bridges across streams, waterfalls gushing on the sides, and amidst caves and caverns. You hike for almost two hours, so make sure that you wear suitable shoes and carry some energy drinks. The fencing over the wooden bridges is not tall enough for kids, and there are some steep points in the trek that are not suitable for them. If you have a Kärnten card, you get free entry.
