One thing is for sure: you don’t need any more food the rest of your day. So what are we going to do? Me or another enthusiastic, food loving tour guide will take you and the rest of the group on a three hour food journey through the city. We will walk and eat some of the food inside and eat others on the go. You can buy optional drinks at the restaurants we’re going to (drinks are not included!). During the tour you’ll receive some fun facts about Rotterdam and the history of it’s food, but don’t expect a 3 hour history lesson from us. We talk, have fun, eat and drink. Eat with you soon!

In the Maritime Museum Rotterdam, you can discover the enormous effect that the maritime world has on our daily lives. Travel through the maritime past and present in modern exhibitions for adventurers large and small. Listen to stories, admire prize exhibits from our leading collection or join in some of the numerous activities. The museum is located in one of the oldest and largest museum harbours of the Netherlands, where you can visit historic ships and cranes, and experience how the world’s leading port of Rotterdam began at this location. In the museum harbour you can also visit our workshops. Here we make and repair parts for our historic collection of ships and cranes. In the winter, from Oktober til April our museumships are closed.
