The C.N. James Cabin is a unique one. Built in 1868, this cabin was initially a post office, school and a general store before. After 1939, this place was opened as a museum by the Augusta Historical Society. A lot of artifacts and exhibits are present inside which resemble the lifestyle and culture of the pioneers of that era. A cabin which has stood the test of time, this place is definitely worth a visit.
