The Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium is Stony Brook University's primary stadium. The stadium holds up to 8,300 people and opened in September of 2002 after two years of construction. It hosts various field sports, including lacrosse, soccer and football. The stadium is actually named after a senator who worked for the funding of the stadium.

Surrounded by Washington Boulevard, West Park Place and Main Street, Columbus Park is akin to an oasis of tranquility amidst the hubbub of the city. Although small, the park is a popular meeting point and is a great place to rest your feet for a few minutes.
Reese Stadium is home of the Yale Bulldogs soccer and lacrosse teams. The modern stadium features state-of-the-art amenities for athletes and spectators alike. In addition to the regular matches played at the stadium, it also plays host to various other special sporting events.
