Highland Park, one of the most popular parks of Rochester, is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Built in 1876, the First Baptist Church of Fairport shows a mix of the Gothic and Late Victorian styles of architecture. The congregation is functional even today and regular services take place at the church. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, because of its rich past and beautiful design.
