Eszterhaza Castle

The Eszterháza is to Hungary what the Palace of Versailles means to France. An architectural marvel, it is the oldest surviving Rococo styled structures in the country. Today, a rich collection belonging to the Eszterháza family can be explored here. Visitors can tour the 126 rooms of the palace including the grand Banquet Room and the lavish Prince's chambers and have a meal at the various cafes and a restaurant housed here. The large halls of the palace can be rented out for functions such as weddings, meetings, conferences and dinners where you are sure to have a successful event in the historic royal setting. Open from march to November, it is a must visit attraction for all tourists!
