Known as the Father of the Blues, W.C. Handy is a popular music artist with a host of fans. One can learn more about his life and work by visiting the W.C. Handy House Museum in Florence. The museum housed inside his birth home features a host of documents, photographs, artifacts, and memorabilia that traces his life.
