"Historical Square"

Piazza Cesare Beccaria is a magnificent square located in Florence, Italy. It was conceptualized by Giuseppe Poggi. It was earlier known as Piazza alla Croce and was built in dedication to Cesare Bonesana. The Square is the venue for the State Archives and the splendid Porta alla Croce. Few neoclassical palaces also stand on this Square.
