We will also cover diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation techniques, breath-up steps, recovery breathing, and equalization techniques.Day 1- Confined water sessions, where we will cover safety skills & your role as a buddy, static apnea, dynamic apnea and how to make a proper water entry.Day 2- Open water sessions 1 & 2 to practice free immersion (pull downs), constant weight, duck dives, proper buddy procedures and a rescue scenario at depth. Equipment Using gear designed specifically for freediving is best, however, in this course, you may be able to use snorkeling equipment you already own. You will need:- mask & snorkel- bi-fins- weight belt & weights - wetsuit/ exposure protection*we have gear available for rent*NOTE if renting gear:- Try before you buy!
