Costello Athletic Center situated on Riverside Street is a multipurpose arena that plays host to the home matches of Massachusetts Lowell River Hawks men's and women's basketball teams. The fans fill this 2000-seater stadium to the last seat during home matches of the team. The solidarity and support of the local fans make Costello Athletic Center one of the most difficult venues to play in for teams of other universities. The excellent playing conditions offered here ensure that the players are motivated to give it their all making each match very competitive and exciting.
Grace Episcopal Church was built in 1851, and is one of the earliest churches serving the community of Lawrence. The eye-catching church building is an imposing stone structure, and sports a mixture of numerous architectural styles.
Known as one of the oldest double arched bridge that has been serving North America, the bridge features two elliptical arches made of stone cutting. This bridge has been used as a major transportation since 1764. The bridge has been renovated several times keeping it's original structure intact. The bridge is a historic example since it is one of the oldest bridges.
Constructed in 1735, the Benjamin Grant House was also referred to as Joseph Ross House or Daniel Ross House. A fine example of the Colonial style of architectural design, it was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
