This restaurant is run as a Bass Pro Shop establishment and it's this outfitter that brings the flavor of the historic White River to the delight of tourists as well as locals. This restaurant on the banks of the river and right in the heart of bustling Branson Landing is the quintessential spot to try when you want fish and other fruits from the sea. Some of the items on the menu include the interesting breaded alligator tail, venison stuffed mushrooms and smoked trout as well as a large variety of burgers and steaks. The views over the river are spectacular and service is always friendly, both of which are attributes that never lose their charm.

Table Rock Lake provides a tranquil backdrop as visitors sail upon an old-fashioned stern-wheel showboat with four decks. On board, guests can enjoy musicals and show tunes alongside a gourmet dinner. The performances range from comedy ventriloquism at lunch to a full-blown music revue for dinner. Cruises last about two hours and travel idly. The three-course lunch and dinner menus include starters like salads, then roast beef or chicken as an entree, then finally your choice of dessert.

The waters of Table Rock Lake reflect the emerald sky all day and shimmer in the moonlight all night, and they provide a backdrop for one of Branson's finest dining experiences. Inside, the melange of wood panels and marble veneer create an opulent environment that is perfect for couples. Inside the kitchen, critics have hailed chef Doug Knopp for his innovative and modern dishes. Here his sorghum-glazed salmon, caper-whipped potatoes, and beets glazed in lemon butter have received national attention from magazines like Bon Appétit and Food & Wine. Dinner entrees are pricey, but that's to be expected from a four-diamond hotel and restaurant. Knopp's desserts are also well-received, try the Southern Pecan tort, it's a local favorite.

The Paddlewheel sits adjacent to the Main Street Lake Cruises boarding terminal on the banks of majestic Lake Taneycomo. The old-fashioned restaurant has great views over the lake and on the menu you'll find simple, American food like hot dogs, hamburgers, salads and the very popular fried pickles of course. If you can't find a table on the patio, inside the spacious seating area, you can catch the game or escape the cold and listen to live music. The Paddlewheel is perfect in the summer, that is probably why it's so crowded, but don't worry tables turn over quite fast.

The proprietor behind this restaurant located in West Branson is Gertraude Santo and she fuses the best of both Germany and Italy on the table. Strangely enough, her parents gave her a portmanteau of names from these two countries. The menu features items like bratwurst, knockwurst and gourmet pizzas alongside more than 28 different beers. Another restaurant attribute is the view over Table Rock Lake, with a cold beer on a hot summer day, it doesn't get any better than this.
