The Waterfall

Italian finesse finds its way into The Shangri-La Hotel, where The Waterfall is nestled. A wooden wine cellar steals attention the minute you walk in, before your eyes scan the sumptuous interiors. Meanwhile, the menu weaves magic with a combination of Italian delights and scintillating seafood. Choose from unending Southern Italian pastas prepared with prawns, scallops, mussels, clams and cherry tomatoes. Chef Marco De Vincentis ensures that fresh, seasonal produce is used at all times. To couple with these delicate meals is a special house wine by the name of Nero d'Avola, made from a peculiar red wine grape in the region of Sicily.

The Naked Finn

The Naked Inn feautres a casual, chilled-out ambiance and offers high-quality, sumptous crustaceans. Cooked amazingly, these delicacies are prepared by the two who also founded Kee Bar. The Naked Finn is also an amazing place if you wish to sip on your favorite cocktails beneath the serene stars. Grilled baby Indian squids and pan-fried fish are a must try at The Naked Inn.

Dancing Crab

Located on Turf Club Road, the Dancing Crab serves delicious crab dishes in a Cajun-Creole style. Start off with a light crab salad, before moving on to some heavier crab dishes such as Sri Lankan Crab, Boston Lobster and Alaskan King Crab. On the seafood menu, guests can also find some of their favorite Cajun snacks, among which are Raw Oysters, Spicy Cajun Wings and Popcorn Shrimp Po'Boys. A smattering of wines from various regions and non-alcoholic beverages make up the drinks menu.

Smith Marine Kelong

A part of an Aquaculture farm, Smith Marine Kelong is a floating seafood eatery and is lauded as the first of its kind in the country. Just next to Pualu Ubin, one has to catch a bumboat from Changi Point ferry terminal to reach this restaurant. Opened in 2015, it took four years for the restaurant to be built. Though the fish farm is not accessible, you can fish for your own meal in their sure-catch pond. You either have it cooked at the restaurant or take it home. The modern version of a kelong, it is unique as only a few original remain which are used for fishing. Set in the midst of the sea, you can get unrivaled views of the ocean from its decks, laze on the hammock and click pictures. You can be sure of the quality and freshness of the seafood. For seafood lovers, it is surely a memorable adventure. Please carry cash since credit cards are not accepted. Passports are also not required.
