Fire's cuisine is generally American, with an Italian tinge, such as a pizza with prosciutto, sun-dried tomato pesto, goat cheese, and arugala. Dinner entrées include Tandoor Roasted Organic Pork Chop, Sauteed Sea Scallops, and a vegetarian Cannelloni with eggplant, ricotta, and more.
