Murphy's Taproom has created a blend of American and Irish cultures that is welcoming to all. With 24 different beers on tap, many people come to indulge in a beer. But the menu is also rather extensive and includes all the expected foods such as Chicken Tenders, Nachos, and Burgers. Flat screen televisions ensure that you will not miss the game and a smoke free environment will keep you smelling good for the whole night.
Owned in part by The Chieftans, some of the best known Irish musicians of all time (as the bartenders will be happy to inform you,) the Shaskeen Pub has a laid-back vibe although the crowd is a slightly older mix than other bars in town. Live music and open mic nights are standard in the back room. Over the bar are a variety of interesting memorabilia, including one of The Chieftan's numerous Grammy Awards. Local and national beers can be found on tap, as well as a good selection of bottled beers.
The Wild Rover is a great example of what Manchester has to offer. During the day, it is a relaxed pub that does great American and Irish breakfasts and daily lunch specials. This Irish pub is known for its trivia nights and its relaxed atmosphere, so sit down and grab a pint and see what the fuss is all about.
