Although the menu is always interesting, its main ethos is to serve simple food well, using the best ingredients. Roast Guinea-fowl, Rabbit and Pigeon Pie are possibilities, although the seafood is what really stands out. Their selection of freshly baked specialty bread is second to none and the wine list is also superb.
