Founded in 1962, the Linn County Museum is located in the historic town of Brownsville, Oregon. Locally known as the Brownsville Historic Pioneer Museum, the Museum highlights exhibiting the lives and culture of Native Americans and pioneer settlers of Linn County, Oregon. Interestingly, the Museum features several priceless artifacts and well-preserved exhibits displayed in Brownsville’s original railroad depot and six Southern Pacific railroad cars.
