Durty Nelly's

Experience Irish hospitality as you visit the Durty Nelly’s Pub. This restaurant is popular for serving authentic Irish cuisine and is famous specially for the Irish Breakfast, Nelly’s Breakfast, Guinness Braised Lamb Shank which are all must-trys. The Five Fishermen Restaurant

Close to all major downtown hotels and a short walk away from the World Trade and Convention Center, the Five Fishermen Restaurant offers several seafood specialties that set it apart. They also do chicken and steaks and feature some excellent desserts like the Pecan Tart and the Date Pudding. The nautical setting, with its painted carvings of fishermen, the brick walls adorned with lobster traps and a fireplace, is cozy and welcoming. This place has one of the largest wine cellars in the city.

Old Triangle Irish Alehouse

A popular brunch, dinner and drinking spot, the Old Triangle Irish Alehouse serves up a combination of traditional British and Irish pub grub as well as burgers, seafood platters and numerous vegetarian options. British, Irish and Canadian brews are on tap and the bar is open extra late most nights. Every night, there is live music from local bands. The establishment also makes provisions for private events and functions.

The Lower Deck

The Lower Deck is a very popular bar with the locals and tourists. It comes highly recommended as far as live entertainment goes. It not only has the some of best live Celtic entertainment seven nights a week, but the ambiance is friendly and upbeat. It's not a surprise that it is always packed to the brim. It has a fine blend of the young and the not so young. Customers mainly flock here for beer, music, comedy and a chilled out night to remember.

Field Guide

This amber-lit, harmonious restaurant and bar in the midst of North End is where people flock to, for boozy cocktails and eclectic cuisine. Field Guide serves a constantly evolving menu curated by Chef Aaron, examples of which include Poached Salmon Salads, Beef Brisket Tacos, Donair Steam Buns and the Pork Belly & Kimchi Stew for heavier appetites. The cocktails are scintillating as they are beautifully presented, ranging across stiff, stirred, seasonal-focused and contemporary collections. One may also encounter occasional classics such as Sazerac or the Clover Club which still manage to pack a punch. Come here for a relaxed Friday evening or a casual date night.

Agricola Street Brasserie

This North End brasserie is an expansive and versatile space that allows like-minded locals to mingle, couples to bond and friends to catch up over good food and libations. Both urbane and rustic chic, Agricola Street Brasserie enjoys an atmospheric environment with its spacious dining hall, cozy nooks near the convertible window, open kitchen, sleek bar and a mezzanine floor with views of the former. On the gastronomic front, there are plenty of French-inspired dishes on offer, along with draft beer to wash it down with.
