This craft distillery uses copper pot-stills to distill their brandies from apples and grapes and are then matured in whiskey barrels. Run on solar panels, this distillery has a rustic look to with its elements of reclaimed shipping containers and wood all over the building. There is also a Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary in the premises. Get a glimpse of their fermentation process of their brandy and absinthe beverages in their subterranean cellar and how its is created on its grounds. Take a sip of their delightful drinks in their rooftop tasting room. Reservations are highly recommended. You can also book an appointment to tour the facility on Mondays through Thursdays.
