The store faces busy Chapel Street and if you are lucky enough to grab a place by the window, you can add people watching to the experience. Close to the Yale University Art Gallery and other Yale attractions, Atticus is a great place for the bookish as well as the hungry tourist.

A grand expansion at the Westfield Connecticut Post (formerly known as the Post Mall) brings with it more levels of premium designer boutiques, chain retailers and major department stores like Sears and Macy's, and several other anchor stores like Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, JC Penney, H&M and Borders. The center also offers dining and entertainment options, like the 14-plex Showcase Cinemas. The mall is conveniently located off I-95 and in the five mile strip mall of the Post Road in Milford and Orange, where there is just about every major chain store and eatery imaginable.

During the summer months, there is the Sunflower Maze, and then if visiting in September and October, stop by the Corn Maze, which is spread across four acres of property.
