If you blink when you pass by Champ's Deli you can easily miss it, however, it is worth discovering. This joint is situated adjacent to the Central Boulevard parking garage in downtown Orlando. It may be small in size, but it certainly is big in taste and selections. The prices are extremely affordable and that does not even including their great daily lunch specials that include a sandwich, bag of chips, and can of soda! Champ's Deli is open early and offers numerous choices in fresh deli and bakery goods, as well as delicious soups and salads. It is a very friendly and popular local place to get a great meal.
Waitiki Retro Tiki Lounge is located in the Wall Street Plaza in the heart of downtown Orlando. They are open for lunch and dinner or drinks all day long and have a daily Happy Hour from 4p to 7p. The decor sets the mood with plenty of bamboo, unique woodcarvings, teak flooring, straw thatches, artwork from contemporary tiki artists and an old-fashioned ironwood bar. There is live music from Wednesday through Saturday featuring surf-rock, lounge and reggae sounds, and hula dancers can be seen during special events. The outdoor balconies offer a great view of the surrounding area and the food and drink selections include tropical delights and plenty of specials.
