The space is somewhat small and cosy, and so, reservations are highly recommended. Harry's comes with a long, rich and interesting history. It is not only the birthplace of iconic cocktails like Bellini and Capriccio but it's also where legendary stars once dined and made merry, this long list includes big names Orson Welles, Charles Chaplin, Truman Capote, Peggy Guggenheim and Alfred Hitchcock, to name a few. Needless to say, Harry's Bar in San Marco makes for an interesting visit.

Bacaro Risorto is an adorable wine bar located at Campo san provolo. The place is perfect if you wish to break away from the hustle of the city and enjoy a glass of wine with some delicious cichetti. In addition to wine the place also serves sangria, spritz and bellini. Though they do not have an outdoor seating, you can always sit at the ledge and enjoy your drink while watching the world pass by. They have a great selection of finger food to go with your drink. The staff here is amicable, especially the bartenders who are known to be hilarious.
The Red Bar Canale or the Bar Canale at The Bauer Il Palazzo is open only in the summer. Located on the terrace, the bar offers unusual drinks and savory snacks. The view is beautiful by day with unrivaled views of the Grand Canal and the Chiesa della Salute. In the evenings sitting out and letting the warm breeze lull you over to relaxation as you sip on a well mixed cocktail is pure pleasure. The bar also has an a la carte menu full of tasty snacks especially prepared by Chef Ciresa and his talented team. Also watch out for Gennaro Fiorio and his wonderful creations of cocktails.
