The quality of this sushi bar is thanks most of all to the ability of the chef, but the praise does not end there. The furniture is minimalist as you would expect, yet it does not seem too cold and the result is elegant although you won't pay the same price as a luxury restaurant. The choice is rather ample: there are all the best specialties of Japanese cuisine, even those that are difficult to find in Genoa, such as certain kinds of uramaki and temaki. Most of all, it is the quality of the fish that makes the difference: the flavor completely changes, just as the result strictly depends on the ratio between rice and fish, which at Saker is always spot on. You can eat in, order takeaway or delivery.
