Connecting the towns of Gold Beach and Wedderburn in Oregon, the Bridge was the first Freyssinet method of arch construction, promoted and encouraged by the then governor of Oregon - Isaac Lee Patterson. Thus, the structure is named after him. In 2005, the stunning concrete arch bridge was inscribed on the National Register of Historic Places.
