P.F Chang Guatemala in Centro Comercial AVIA is the flagship restaurant of this renowned American-Chinese chain of restaurants in Guatemala. Two life size white warrior stallions on two ends of the entrance welcome diners as they pave their way through the terrace with terracotta soldiers places strategically into the spacious and modern dining room. Replete with polished wooden accents, spherical-cylindrical light fixtures and a distinct mural, the interior has a refreshing Oriental look. Their menu is contemporary Chinese and Southeast Asian. Most of their dishes are cooked in woks and are prepared as per the order. Try some of their dishes such as Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Orange Ginger Edamame, Mongolian Beef, Lo Mein, Hunan-style Hot Fish and Crispy Honey Chicken. They also have a good option for vegetarians. Complement your meal with sake, wine or cocktails. They do serve non-alcoholic cocktails for teetotalers. Reservations are recommended.
